Output and Kadenze Academy are dedicated to providing opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds to develop and foster essential skills in the arts. With this in mind, we are teaming up to offer women and gender non-binary persons a scholarship to Output’s Creating Audio Plugins With C++ and JUCE program on kadenze.com.

Selected recipients of the scholarship will receive 3 months of free kadenze.com Premium Membership features—including access to graded coursework and the ability to earn a verified Certificate of Accomplishment—and will participate in the program for free ($500 value). Taught by the expert software engineers who create Output’s award-winning audio software, the program features two online courses: Intro to Audio Plugin Development and, exclusive to those enrolled in the program, Advanced Audio Plugin Development.

To apply, submit the information requested in the form below before May 1. The scholarship is strictly limited to those who identify as women or gender non-binary. Additionally, applications will be judged on the following criteria.

• Preparedness of the applicant for the program’s subject (some C++ programming experience is expected)
• Extent to which the course will benefit the applicant’s career goals

*Applicants will be reviewed on a rolling basis and notified of acceptance status via email within 45 days. Applicants that are not accepted may not receive an email response. The acceptance email will include complete information on how to receive your scholarship. Cash value is not offered. Incomplete applications will not be considered!
