If Output Hub isn’t showing all the products you own in the ‘My Products’ area, and instead lists them for sale in the ‘Available Products’ area, please logout and quit Output Hub, then log back in.
If Output Hub still isn’t showing all the products you own in the ‘My Products’ area, it is possible you checked out from our website as a guest or with a different name/email address when you initially made your purchase.
To connect any past purchases you’ve made to your Output account so that they appear in the ‘My Products’ area of Output Hub, please fill out a support ticket with the following information:
- Full name
- Email or Username of Output account in Output Hub
- Missing Owned Products
- Invoice number OR possible alternative names/email addresses associated with missing products
We will email you a response when your purchases are connected to your Output account. Once you’ve received confirmation from us, please logout and quit Output Hub, then log back in. At that point, Output Hub should reflect your previous purchases in the ‘My Products’ area.
