If you recently installed a SIGNAL or EXHALE Expansion Pack and cannot locate it in the list of presets, please make sure that you have run a scan for presets. If this doesn’t help, make sure that you have installed the Expansion Pack in the correct location.
It’s important to install an Expansion Pack in the same general location as your product library folder. This means that if you keep SIGNAL in a folder called ‘Software Instruments,’ install the Expansion Pack in ‘Software Instruments’ as well.
If you mistakenly choose to install an Expansion Pack to your product’s library folder, you’ll end up with what looks like a duplicate library folder inside of your main library folder. See screen shots below:
As indicated in the above images, delete the duplicate. Then open Output Hub and install your Expansion Pack again. This time, install the Expansion Pack in the same general location as your library folder.
